Let’s also take in account that stress is a factor for hair loss and other health issues. Allah almighty said practice patience and prayer when you are going through trials and tribulations. When you are stressed you can quite easily damage your health without even knowing it, which means that we need to do better in being patient because it can quite easily damage us.
