Anantara Chaing Mai was above and beyond our expectations. We travelled with our 3 small children and the hotel and staff was absolutely perfect for comforts for a family of Americans with three very active boys, ages 14, 12, 9. They arranged a driver (Pond) who was absolutely the best guide we have ever had. We absolutely loved them!!! Also, the breakfast was the best resort food we have ever had-definitely include it in your hotel expenses.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also the staff incredible experience, such good service from both the maid staff, breakfast, staff, and the receptionist.
The only downside we rearranged with Hotel for them to collect us at the airport and they charged 1000, baht when a taxi at the airport cost 150 and a car booked via Grab would’ve been 100 baht so please if you do stay there and I would recommend you do, don’t use them for Transport …… we did complain to them at the time, and they conceded that it was very expensive and did the round trip for free

Great breakfast, nice view, can use hotel facilities, excellent service. Staff and service were stand out. 3 bedroom suite was overall quite spacious apart from one bedroom. Staff very helpful and helped us make bookings. Would return.
Washing machine room was not very pleasant (smelly and not that clean, plus there were mosquitoes) so we didn’t end up using the washing machine as planned. Third bedroom with queen bed was very small, not a real bedroom but a converted one with a sliding door (not proper door).
